Porous Bio Ring
Innovative hollow design, Provides deep anaerobic zone for denitrification. It reduce nitrate more efficiently without harming the environment. Consists of ring-shaped inert ceramic. Unbeatable surface area structure of 10.630 sq ft per galion. It has a large pore structure to ensure optimal bacterial colonization and delay to the silting-up of the pores (for much longer inter- vals between cleaning). The hollow cavity form a concentration difference of ions, NH4+ and NO2+ will absorb actively to AC filter media. Due to high concentration of bacteria, peak Ammonian and nitrite loads are more easily reduced. Vivaria Super Bio Ring is suitable for fresh and marine water, is washable and can be reused.

Please rinse the products with tank water several times before use. Suggest to pour nitrifying bacteria into the filter media and open the filter. If possible don't use filter bag in order to achieve better filltrations perfor- mance.

1 Liter for 100 Liters (25 US gallons) of water
5 Liter for 500 Liters (125 US Gallons) of water
Never clean or change all the filter media together in one operation (and never clean too rigorously). The bacteria cultures must not be completely destroyed otherwise re-colonisa- tion will be retarded.
